My work brings together spiritual formation, wellness, and practical tools for living a Christ-centered life. As a certified functional nutrition coach, instructor with Revelation Wellness, and teacher of Jesus-centered yoga, I have spent 15 years helping others live in an integrated way that aligns with their faith.

Together with my husband, Carlos, we help lead Milamex, a ministry based in Mexico City that includes a guesthouse for backpackers, local ministries that train the mind, body, and spirit from a biblical perspective, coaching and connections to help others find their place in God’s mission, a publishing house and writer development, podcasts, music, art, and various start-ups—all focused on integrating life and faith.

Our mission is to create safe spaces where others can encounter Jesus in fresh and creative ways.
